Table settings inspiration
How to set your table creatively

Some people seriously geek out over tablescapes, while others couldn’t care less. I used to never think about table settings or tablescape design. But since opening Vintage Meets Modern and working with so many talented professionals, I’ve come to really appreciate a well set table. You can go simple, and you can go all out!

Think of your tablescape design as a painting. First you gotta choose your canvas. In this case it’s a table. The table’s look, color and texture will set the mood for the rest of your design, and we happen to have 3 different dining tables you can rent in large quantities for your event. Next is the theme and color palette. Source the plates and silverware, napkins and decor that will bring your painting together.

See these gorgeous examples below and get inspired!

Tablescape design by Peachy Keen Coordination. Floral by Thistle & Fern

Theme / Color Palette:
Traditional with a twist. Wedding farm tablescape design has long enjoyed the look of a center garland with brass candlesticks. The twist here is the garland is an herbs-only garland, and a more modern and elegant choice for plates and silverware.
